Appointments
 We
see all patients by appointment. Please call and allow us to
arrange a time that is convenient for you. We will do everything
possible to accommodate your schedule. Please be assured that
keeping appointments on time is one of our priorities.
Cancellations
If
you are unable to keep an appointment, we ask that you kindly
provide us with at least 48 hours notice. This is a courtesy on
your part and will make it possible to give your appointment time to
another patient.

office provides on-call
service
for emergencies, 24 hours-a-day, 7 days-a-week. Call (480)
